The Shift Method is a somatic membership where I guide you through the inner work that actually shifts your life. The shift happens when you remove the resistance your body is holding on to. When you heal your nervous system, release stored tension, and rewire old habits, your body steps out of survival mode. Somatic exercises

Every session begins with simple somatic practices that help you calm your body, release stress, and feel grounded. You will be guided through tools like breathwork, EFT tapping, gentle yoga based movements, and other body based techniques that support regulation and emotional release.

Theory & implemention

Each session has a theme where you will learn simple theory in nervous system regulation and how the subconscious works. This gives you a deeper understanding of what is happening in your body, why certain patterns keep repeating, and why you feel resistance toward your goals.​​

I’ll help you stay accountable, keep track of your progress, and support you every step of the way to do the changes that often feel overwhelming to do alone.​​

Learn how to regulate your

nervous system

Your nervous system is the core of your body and directly influences your stress response, mood, energy, and focus. Chronic stress dysregulates this system, leaving you exhausted, anxious, and reactive. In this part of the program, you’ll learn step-by-step how to heal your nervous system. Your body will shift from fight-or-flight into a calm, focused state, improving decision-making, sleep, and emotional resilience.

Stressful events and unresolved emotions don’t just disappear, they leave imprints in your muscles, fascia, and nervous system, showing up as chronic tension, pain, or emotional triggers. You’ll be guided through somatic exercises designed to release the stored tension and blockages that your body has been holding on to.

This process free up trapped energy so you can use that to create.

Identify and rewire habits that keep you stressed

Up to 95% of our thoughts and behaviors are driven by subconscious patterns learned in the past. These automatic loops can keep you stuck in stress, overworking, or self-sabotage without realizing it. In this part of the program, you’ll learn how to identify the habits and beliefs that drain your energy to implement new patterns that give you energy.

MY OWN shift

Three years ago, I quit my job and started my online business from scratch without any leads or prior savings, diagnosed with chronic anxiety and a nervous system that was heavily dysregulated.

 

I have since then transformed my life into an exact replica of my vision board, built a profitable online business, and healed my 13-year-long anxiety and dysregulated nervous system—all as a result of The Shift Method that I have since developed.

 

I am now teaching other ambitious individuals how they can make the shift that heals their body so they can finally experience what it’s like to get back the version of themselves that are calm, creative, and attract in everything they desire in life.

I’ve healed my nervous system, manifested an exact copy of my vision board, and built an online business that give me the freedom to work from anywhere.
