I work with clients in three ways. Privately through 1:1 coaching, inside my membership The Shift Method, and with companies through somatic sessions and workshops.

The Shift Method is the foundation of my work. It is a membership focused on nervous system regulation and subconscious rewiring where you learn how to remove the resistance you feel towards your goals.
If you want deeper personal guidance, I also offer 1:1 coaching for tailored support.
For companies and teams, I deliver somatic sessions designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and strengthen performance.

In The Shift Method I guide you through the inner work that actually shifts your life. The shift happens when you remove the resistance your body is holding on to. When you heal your nervous system, release stored tension, and rewire old habits, your body steps out of survival mode. All the energy that was used to manage stress and keep you safe becomes available for building the life you want.
Shift #1 - Heal your nervous system
In this membership, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system through guided somatic practices where you’ll release trapped stress and emotions to free up energy to feel more present, clear, and calm.

Shift #2 - Rewire your subconscious
95% of your decisions are driven by your subconscious, shaped by patterns learned in the past. In this program you’ll release inner resistance, shift stuck patterns, and clear limiting beliefs around money, success, and self trust. You’ll identify the habits and beliefs that drain your energy and replace them with new patterns that support growth, clarity, and aligned action.

SOMATIC CLASSES
Create space for participants to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with their body.
My somatic classes are designed to help release stress and come back to balance through a mix of gentle movement, breathwork, and somatic exercises that regulate the nervous system.
These sessions allow the participants to feel more grounded, clear, and recharged by releasing tensions in the body.
