If you struggle to focus, have a hard time feeling fully relaxed, wake up stressed, rest a lot but never feel rested, feel anxious or on edge, there are all signs that your nervous system might be dysregulated.
This is what happens when you have been stressed for a long period of time. Your body has adapted to pressure, unpredictability, or long periods of stress, and it has learned to stay constantly alert in fight or flight. The problem is that it no longer knows when to switch off.
Regulating your nervous system means training your body to feel safe enough to come out of fight or flight.
When your nervous system is regulated, you focus more easily, you respond instead of overreacting, and you recover faster after stress. You sleep better, your energy becomes more consistent, and daily life feels manageable instead of overwhelming. It is about creating stability in the body so that you can think clearly, act intentionally, and move through life with more ease.

1:1 SESSION WITH CHARLOTTE
• As soon as you start you can book your intro session where you get to ask questions, get clarity on your specific situation, and receive personal guidance. We look at how to approach regulation in a way that fits your life.
ONLINE SELF PACED LESSONS
• Get access to 8 sessions that teach you the exact steps to regulate your nervous system. The sessions are all online and around 30-40 minute long that you can move through at your own pace, one session for each week.
The sessions are a combination of nervous system theory and somatic exercises where you learn what the nervous system is, how it works, and why your body reacts with stress, tension, or anxiety.
During the sessions I guide you through somatic exercises that help regulate your body, techniques you can use in your everyday life to lower stress levels, release stress stored in the body, feel more stable, and bring your body back to a balanced state.

Introduction to the nervous system
Understand what dysregulation means, how fight or flight works and why regulation is the foundation for healing. You will also be introduced to your first somatic regulation practices.

Move through the lessons slowly. Nervous system regulation takes time and consistency. With 8 sessions, you can expect at least two months of structured work. Watching one session per week allows your body to integrate the practices and build a stable baseline over time.

MY OWN shift
After healing my diagnosed chronic anxiety and a heavily dysregulated nervous system, I finally understood the process of healing at the root that most people never address.
